We are currently accepting applications and hiring for:

Resident Assistants -  Full and Part time. Hiring for a wide variety of shifts including days, evenings, and overnights. Weekdays and weekends. Very flexible options available.                                                    

  • Job Description - Responisbile for overall daily care of our senior residents. Includes performing resident care, leading activities and outings, meal preparation, medication administration, resident charting and record keeping, home care and cleaning.    
  • Compensation - All Resident Assistants start between  $13.00 - $15.50 per hour depending on experience and receive annual raises. We want to attract the best care givers in the industry and offer one of the best total compensation / benefit packages available for senior care givers.  
  • Benefits - We offer major medical dental & vision, a competitive 401k retirement program with up to 4% match after 1 year of service, paid vacation and holiday pay.  In addition we offer a unique Employee Benevolence Program which aids employees when they have life events or are in a difficult situation.   • CNA Reimbursement - We will pay you up to $500 toward attaining your CNA certification if you are an active employee or if you received your CNA within 30 days of beginning employment.
